Montclair to College Fall 2022 Scholarship Account Agreement

Name

I understand by signing this agreement that my Montclair to College scholarship account card is for textbooks only! Any misuse of funds found in my scholarship account can result in disqualification from the Montclair to College program as well as jeopardize the possibility of any future scholarship opportunities offered through the Chaffey College Foundation.

Montclair to College Scholarship Account Conditions:

The Montclair to College account card is for textbook fees for currently registered classes for the fall and spring semester only.

The summer session will not be covered through the Montclair to College Scholarship Program.

Your Montclair to College program is a two-year scholarship.

Your Montclair to College Scholarship account card reactivates at the beginning of each semester upon completion of your program requirements for the previous semester.

Your account card will de-activate by the “Deadline to Drop” date of each semester. You will have until this date to purchase all required textbooks needed for currently scheduled classes.

Misuse of funds includes but is not limited to:

Purchase of clothing, shoes, accessories, snacks, and novelty items including sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts, pants, hats, socks, bears, key chains, sodas, etc.

Purchase of duplicate textbooks, textbooks for classes that you are not currently enrolled in, textbooks for friends, family or classmates, purchase of professional equipment, and software.

Sale of a textbook to the bookstore or any other buyer before the semester is officially over.

Lack of returning a book to the bookstore before the refund date when you drop the class for that book.
